About SaplingSky

SaplingSky is currently provided by Mohit Sippy as a decision-support and admissions-planning service. SaplingSky is a brand/service name and is not represented as an incorporated company or LLP. The operating structure may be transferred to a formal entity in future, with these terms updated accordingly. It is not a school, admissions authority, Delhi DoE service or application guarantee. Schools and competent authorities remain the definitive source for eligibility, dates, criteria, fees, seats, documents, selection lists and admission decisions.

Sources, verification and currency

SaplingSky compiles and organises information from sources that may include official school websites, school notices and documents, government or authority publications, and other sources identified alongside the relevant information. We use reasonable processes to verify and label information where the underlying evidence permits. However, source material can be amended, replaced, removed, published late or interpreted differently by the issuing school or authority. Accordingly, we do not warrant that every item is complete, error-free or current at every moment. Where SaplingSky provides a source link or verification label, parents should still check the latest official notice before taking a time-sensitive or irreversible step.

Calculators, predictions and recommendations

Points calculations, admission-strength labels, predictors, recommendations, historical outcomes, comparisons and similar outputs are decision-support tools only. They are based on the information and inputs available to the service and do not constitute an admission decision, professional advice or a promise of selection. Historical outcomes do not guarantee future outcomes. A school or authority may apply, clarify or change its rules differently from a model or historical pattern.

Distance and mapping results

Distance and route results may depend on third-party mapping services, geocoding, road-network data and the address supplied by the user. A school may prescribe a different method for measuring distance, use its own mapping process, or apply a specific distance slab. SaplingSky distance results therefore should not be treated as an official school distance determination unless expressly stated.

Your account and information

You are responsible for using a mobile number you are authorised to access, keeping your session secure and providing accurate information for the parent or guardian and child whose admission you are planning. You must not use the service to access another family's information, abuse authentication or messaging systems, scrape protected data, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or submit unlawful or misleading information.

Applications and third-party services

Saving, tracking, shortlisting or adding a school to your SaplingSky plan does not submit an application to that school. A paid Admission Pass also does not submit an application, reserve a seat, create any priority with a school or admission authority, or make SaplingSky your admissions agent. External school application sites, government portals, payment services, maps and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. SaplingSky does not control their content, availability, security, processing, charges or independent admission decisions, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Corrections, availability and changes

We may correct source data, withdraw information that cannot be verified, update labels or calculations, change product features, or suspend functionality for maintenance, safety, abuse prevention or legal reasons. Paid features may also be updated where necessary to reflect new official admission rules or verified school information, provided that applicable consumer rights are respected.

Acceptable use and service protection

You may use SaplingSky for personal school-admission planning and other lawful purposes supported by the service. Automated extraction, resale of protected product data, security testing without permission, excessive requests that degrade the service, impersonation, fraud and attempts to access non-public systems are not permitted. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service.

Content and intellectual property

SaplingSky's software, interface, original explanatory content, branding and product design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. School names, notices, documents and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Source links and limited factual extracts are provided to help parents verify admission information and do not imply endorsement by a school or authority.

Paid Admission Passes

The ₹1,999 Personalised Admission Pass and ₹3,499 My Admission Strategy are paid digital admissions-planning and decision-support services. The price, included features and payment flow shown at checkout apply to the selected pass. Purchasing a pass does not guarantee admission to any school, improve a child's standing with a school, reserve or secure a seat, or amount to a representation that admission is likely or certain.

A parent who already holds the ₹1,999 Personalised Admission Pass may be offered My Admission Strategy for the ₹1,500 difference between the two prices. Completing that payment upgrades the account to the ₹3,499 My Admission Strategy pass. The upgrade is a final purchase choice and is not voluntarily reversible back to the ₹1,999 pass. The ₹1,999 Personalised Admission Pass is itself not voluntarily downgradable to the Free plan.

Personalised recommendations, shortlist positions, points analysis, distance analysis, fit assessments, strategy categories and suggested next actions are generated from the parent or guardian information supplied and the school or authority information reasonably available to SaplingSky at the relevant time. These outputs may change when a school or authority publishes, clarifies or changes its official 2027–28 criteria, dates, distance rules, seats, fees or other requirements.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for reviewing the latest official school or authority notice, deciding where to apply, completing forms accurately, supplying required documents and submitting applications and payments to schools within the applicable deadlines. SaplingSky does not control school admission decisions.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Paid services are purchased through the checkout flow displayed on SaplingSky and payment processing is provided through the identified third-party payment provider. Change of mind does not create an automatic refund or downgrade right for the ₹1,999 Personalised Admission Pass or for the ₹1,500 upgrade to My Admission Strategy. Refunds may be provided for duplicate charges, failed activation, verified material technical failure, exceptional circumstances approved by SaplingSky, or where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. A child not receiving admission to a preferred school does not, by itself, establish that the paid digital decision-support service was not supplied or create a refund entitlement. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory right to a refund, remedy or charge reversal where applicable law requires one.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SaplingSky is provided as an admissions-planning and decision-support aid. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither SaplingSky nor its operator gives a warranty that the service, source material, calculations, recommendations, predictions, routes, external links or availability will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Parents remain responsible for checking official requirements, submitting applications and documents correctly and on time, and making their own admission decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaplingSky and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for loss arising solely from reliance on information, calculations, recommendations, predictions, historical data, mapping results, third-party services, or subsequent changes made by a school or authority. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights available under applicable consumer or data-protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service, legal requirements or operating structure change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update is subject to the then-current terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
