Delhi nursery admission draw of lots 2027-28
A draw of lots is not a substitute for the points system. It can become relevant after the school applies its published criteria—for example, when more applicants remain tied at a score than there are seats available. This page owns draw-process intent; first lists, waiting lists and later-round results are tracked in SaplingSky's separate results guide.
currently have verified historical selection-draw snapshots in SaplingSky's 2025-26 results evidence.
SaplingSky does not infer a draw merely because applicants can tie on points.
What to look for in a draw notice
Check the score or category eligible for the draw, the date/time and venue or online method, the number of seats being filled, whether parents may attend, the candidate identifiers used, and when the final selected/waiting list will be released. Do not assume one school's draw procedure applies to another.
2027-28 status
No school should be labelled as having a 2027-28 draw merely because it used one historically. SaplingSky will publish a 2027-28 draw only after an official school notice is verified.
From draw to result
A draw notice and a result list are different evidence. After a draw, parents should check the school's official selected/waiting list and admission-confirmation deadline rather than treating attendance in a draw as a result.
Dataset note: 10 verified/current historical selection snapshots are labelled selection_draw, representing 10 schools in the 2025-26 evidence currently stored by SaplingSky. For first-list, waiting-list and later-round search intent, use the results guide.
